Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, you may be required to pay a reshipping fee.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
In cases where the carrier confirms the parcel as lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
International Customs & Duties

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:

How to Request a Return

- We will provide return instructions and the return address.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
